Last season they finished 5-6 and were lucky to pull off that many wins. Quick the prove that 2005 was a fluke of a year, the Volunteers wasted no time by dispatching the Golden Bears 35-18 on Saturday.

Tennessee quarterback, Jim Bob Cooter, was suspended indefinitely Monday. Campus police arrested Jim Bob Cooter on a drunken-driving charge. While Cooter was technically suspended for an undisclosed period of time, it’s unlikely that good ol’ Jim Bob will see any action in a Tennessee uniform—perhaps in Jail he will. He will apparently be given the opportunity to return in the future, but it’s his last year of eligibility and he’s not an asset to the team so perhaps the writing is on the wall.
